1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is established to clarify financial responsibilities between Users, Businesses, and the Biz Iraq Platform.

2. User Payments to Businesses

• All payments for goods or services are made directly between the User and the Business.
• The Biz Iraq Platform has no involvement, control, or direct knowledge of these transactions.
• Full responsibility for payments, refunds, or financial disputes lies solely with the User and the Business.

3. Business Subscription Fees

• Businesses are required to pay a monthly subscription fee to access and use the Platform.
• This fee is charged exclusively for access to Platform services and is non-refundable.
• Even if a Business account is canceled or suspended, subscription fees already paid will not be refunded.

4. Future Changes to Payments

• At present, all payments occur directly between Users and Businesses.
• If electronic payments or in-app wallets are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and all Users and Businesses will be notified through official announcements.
