Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy is established to clarify financial responsibilities between Users, Businesses, and the Biz Iraq Platform.
2. User Payments to Businesses
All payments for goods or services are made directly between the User and the Business.
The Biz Iraq Platform has no involvement, control, or direct knowledge of these transactions.
Full responsibility for payments, refunds, or financial disputes lies solely with the User and the Business.
3. Business Subscription Fees
Businesses are required to pay a monthly subscription fee to access and use the Platform.
This fee is charged exclusively for access to Platform services and is non-refundable.
Even if a Business account is canceled or suspended, subscription fees already paid will not be refunded.
4. Future Changes to Payments
At present, all payments occur directly between Users and Businesses.
If electronic payments or in-app wallets are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and all Users and Businesses will be notified through official announcements.
